As a Division Operations Specialist you will provide support to Company Community Living locations where you will be responsible for preforming a variety of HR functions to meet operational, strategic and administrative objectives.Key Responsibilities:Assists in the hiring process for salaried associates with tasks such as, entering employee data into Payroll system, setting up e-mail account, and other Company accountsPrepares salaried new hires for orientation, process status change documents, special pay requests, and coordinate relocationProvides direction and guidance to field on internal Company applicationsPrepares salaried employee files and ensure that all forms have been signed and filedPlans and participates in region meetings; transcribes meeting minutes and distributes to team; follow-up on key itemsHolds team accountable for their Operational Excellence goalsManages the Mentor ProgramArranges monthly employee awardsCoordinates training for associates including Tips trainingAssists in forecasting budgetsDrafts e-mails, letters and other formal communicationsIdentifies and implements improvements in processes to bring efficiency to the systemActs as a resource to diagnose Human Resources needs and problems to recommend solutions that result in improved performance and retentionMaintains and prepares tracking reports on a weekly basis of associates Paid Timed Off and sick payMaintains tracking of employee absence, tardiness, and leave time Assists with HR Assessments and helps develop and implement a plan of action to ensure compliance and optimum utilization of HR services by management to improve productivity, efficiency and effectiveness of the company, through managing discipline processes of associatesWorks with management on process and procedures with accountability and policy adherence to improve productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness of associatesPreferred Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree preferredMinimum of four years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experienceExperience reading and interpreting documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manualsExperience speaking effectively before groups of managersAbility to calculate data figuresAbility to multi-taskStrong customer service skillsRecruiting experience, a plusExperience in Microsoft applications, with an intermediate skill level in programs such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Apply to Strategic Dining today!Strategic Dining is an equal opportunity employer.
