Regardless of position or workplace, we work together in line with the values of “We Care, We Dream, We Dare, We Deliver” and strive for continuous growth.Our HR Team in Warsaw is looking for Specialist, Payroll & HR Administration, being responsible for payroll and HR data for our Eastern Europe organization.In this role, you will be responsible for: Liaising with external payroll supplierProcessing pre-payroll activities as required for our retail organizationManaging data in HR systems and ensuring data accuracyMaintain payroll expertise by staying up to date on statutory compliance.Answering HR-related queries & clarifying HR policies & procedures as neededPreparing reports for internal and external needsCooperating with internal finance team and external auditorsCoordinating the document/information flow between the company and the payroll provider, guaranteeing that payroll and admin process is timely and correct,Creating employment contracts and other HR documentsResponding to queries related to payroll and HR admin from employees and/or their managersEnroll employees in insurance/health/sport benefits systemsParticipate in internal and external auditsYou're a perfect match, if you have:At least 2-3 years of experience as a payroll specialist or in cooperation with a payroll provider (ideally in an international setup)A good understanding of Polish payroll and labor lawPositive, pleasant, and approachable attitude with customer centric mindsetFluency in Polish and a good command of EnglishProficiency in Excel, analytical skills and attention to detailExperience with full-cycle payroll/administration HR processesNice to have: An eye for simplifying processes and automating manual tasksOur Offer:Work in a company with a unique organizational culture focused on people and continuous development.Cooperation based on employment contract; hybrid work model (3 days per week onsite from our office on Domaniewska 28 street).Free parking for employees regardless of position.Flexible working hours (start 8am-10am, finish 4pm-6pm).Attractive package of MEDICOVER medical care with dental care.Life insurance.MedicoverSport card and cafeteria program.Additional days off for birthday and health check-up.Attractive discounts on PANDORA products.Employee Pension Plans (PPE).Additional benefits under the company’s social fund (e.g., holiday or kindergarten subsidies).Pandora’s recruitment procedures are designed to be transparent and clear for all candidates.
