This includes developing and implementing policies, procedures, and processes for managing quality within the organization. Additionally, the QM will monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of these policies, procedures, and processes on a regular basis.Responsibilities:Developing and maintaining quality policies, procedures, and processes;Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of quality policies, procedures, and processes on a regular basis;Providing training and support to employees regarding quality policies, procedures, and processes;Identifying areas for improvement in relation to quality management systems;Implementing improvements identified in the previous step. Qualifications:Experience in quality management systems;Strong knowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to quality management systems;Ability to develop and implement effective policies, procedures, and processes for managing quality within an organization;Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;Strong organizational skills;Attention to detail;Good problem-solving skills.
