Monthly reports for the preparation of acknowledgments of the sales force. Planning, organization and execution of quarterly awards for the sales force. Preparation of new promotions according to career levels. ResponsabilitiesMonthly monitoring of performance of promotions and programs for sales forcePreparation of briefs for the development of recognition program concepts.Coordination and follow-up to delivery of acknowledgments of the Quarterly Promotion for our Sales ForceDevelopment of promotions according to career levels.Conceptualization of videos, writing of scripts and coordination of recordings.Update of tools and programs for the different levels of the CareerDirect contact with the Sales Force.Negotiation with suppliersKnowledge, Skills & Abilities:3+ Years in Purchasing, Loyalty Programs, Budget functions.Education: Bachelor/University Degree - Business related (marketing, adminsitration, etc..)Field of Experience: Marketing or related field.Proficient EnglishCustomer service, Empathy, Motivational attitude, Adaptability, Communication skills and analytic.
