Drive Change with Pandora’s Global Cost Office!Pandora has launched a Global Cost Transformation Office to strengthen how we manage costs and drive efficiency as part of our Silverstone program. This team helps protect profitability and creates room to invest in future growth.As Results Delivery Office Specialist, you’ll play a key role in supporting global cost-saving efforts. You’ll help track performance, support initiative owners, and ensure data used for decision-making is accurate and reliable. You’ll also build a strong understanding of the business areas you work with.Your work will include analyzing how initiatives are performing, preparing dashboards and insights for leadership, and helping validate savings together with Finance and Procurement. You’ll be a trusted partner to teams across the organization, helping drive clarity and alignment through data and insights.You’ll also help maintain our initiative repository, create visualizations, and provide hands-on analytical support in workshops and governance meetings - all to enable the Cost Office and leadership to make bold, data-driven decisions with confidence.What You’ll DoAnalyze performance data and track progress of cost initiatives.Maintain and improve our initiative repository and tracking systems.Support teams with reporting, documentation, and preparation of governance materials.Collaborate with Finance and Procurement to validate savings and reconcile with budgets.Prepare dashboards, visualizations, and insights for leadership and governance forums.Participate in workshops to identify risks, issues, and opportunities.Lead training sessions on cost tracking tools and frameworks.Continuously improve tools, templates, and reporting mechanisms.What You BringExperience in analytics, consulting, or business support roles.Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data handling, visualization, and reporting.Familiarity with financial modeling and cost tracking; experience in retail or procurement analytics is a plus.Proficiency in initiative tracking tools, dashboards, and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.Who You AreAction-oriented and solution-driven.Structured thinker who thrives under pressure.Clear communicator who can simplify complex data into actionable insights.Collaborative team player with strong stakeholder management skills.Curious, adaptable, and motivated by driving tangible impact through data.Fluent in English, both written and spoken.Why Pandora?This is your opportunity to join a global brand at a transformative moment.
