This role combines the operational responsibilities of HR and payroll services, supporting approximately 2,000 employees.Reporting to the People Operations Manager, you will play a key role in supporting HR Operations in Singapore following our employee life cycle, data management, onboarding/offboarding, benefits and leave administration, payroll support, compliance, and vendor management. Our core transactions are supported by Shared Services Function based in Kuala Lumpur.What You’ll Do Drive efficiencies in supporting full HR operation activities from onboarding to offboarding, employee movements, working with different stakeholders to address employee queries via ServiceNow. Ensuring service levels and KPIs are consistently met. Act as a point of escalation for Shared Services, resolving issues and identifying root causes. Be part of our HR transformation initiatives, working with internal and external stakeholders to improve productivity through process streamlining, systems solutions and follow-through change requests Support the Shared Services team, including employee lifecycle transactions (onboarding, transfers, promotions, personal data changes) and payroll processing on-cycle, off-cycle, commissions, bonuses, and exceptions. Administer benefits and leave programs with accuracy and timeliness. Administer work pass processes, including applications, renewals, and cancellations, ensuring timely and accurate handling of all pass types in compliance with regulatory requirements. Ensure data integrity and compliance through internal and external audits, and statutory reporting. Maintain and update SOPs, process documentation, and internal guidelines. Manage vendor relationships and ensure service delivery meets agreed SLAs. Support and manage employee relations activities, including handling employee inquiries and coordinating disciplinary and grievance procedures, while ensuring alignment with company policies and local employment regulations. Support in regional and global People Platform projects, including user acceptance testing (UAT).What You’ll Need Degree/Diploma in HR, Business, or related field. Minimum 6 years of experience in HR Operations and/or Payroll Processing. Strong knowledge of payroll administration and statutory compliance. Experience in multinational environments and shared service models is advantageous. High levels of discretion, critical thinking, and decision-making ability. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Proficiency in Oracle PeopleSoft, ServiceNow, Taleo, Avature, and MS Office Suite.
