Job Description

The Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a pivotal role in attracting, engaging, and retaining top talent to support Waterleau’s growth and mission. As a trusted partner to business leaders and the CHRO, this role drives strategic recruitment initiatives, ensuring that each hire strengthens our organization and aligns with Waterleau’s values of innovation, collaboration, and sustainability.ResponsibilitiesThe role includes a mix of the following activities:Strategic Recruitment & Workforce PlanningAct as a strategic partner to the CHRO and business leaders to anticipate and fulfill hiring needs.Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with Waterleau’s business objectives.Lead the full-cycle recruitment process—from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding.Candidate Engagement & ExperienceCollaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles.Ensure a smooth and engaging candidate journey through transparent communication and efficient coordination.Manage job postings, LinkedIn search projects, and marketing collaboration for maximum visibility.Process Excellence & Data-Driven ImprovementMaintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure compliance and accurate reporting.Monitor key recruitment metrics, analyze performance, and propose process improvements.Implement tools and methodologies to enhance hiring quality and speed.Employer Branding & DiversityDrive employer branding initiatives that showcase Waterleau as an employer of choice.Champion diversity and inclusion within all recruitment practices.Represent Waterleau at industry events, career fairs, and networking opportunities.Collaboration & Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and preferred suppliers.Coordinate salary proposals and contract preparation for selected candidates.Provide training and guidance to managers on interview techniques and selection best practices.Competences and SkillsStrong communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships.Strategic mindset combined with a hands-on, solution-oriented approach.Proficiency in talent acquisition tools, ATS systems, and recruitment analytics.Experience in full-cycle recruitment across technical and corporate profiles.Fluency in EnglishWhat you can expectThis position is offered on our payroll only: no freelance or external contracts.A dynamic and innovative work environment within a globally recognized leader in water technology.Opportunities for continuous learning and professional development.A chance to work on impactful projects that contribute to sustainability and water conservation.
