We are a market-leading Electrical and Instrumentation contractor, working mostly on mission-critical projects for blue-chip clients. We are part of the Dussman Group, a privately owned, large-scale integrated facility management specialist. We have a substantial pipeline of work ahead of us and need more skilled professionals to support successful delivery for our clients. We are looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor (Electrical) to join our projects in Denmark.

Typical To-Do ListAdvise on contractual matters – general and project levelManaging subcontract packages and overseeing payments to subcontractors, suppliers and consultantsLook for opportunities to maximise revenue and reduce costUndertaking internal valuations and production of cost reportsReporting on budgets and variationsNegotiate and agree subcontractorsWhat We're Looking ForTertiary qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics or similar5 years relevant experience in construction or engineering industriesAbility to meet demanding time and quality targets.
