BrasovRomania - RemoteRemote Freudenberg Performance Materials SRLYou support our team as Specialist Transfer Pricing Compliance Responsibilities Assisting with the implementation of BEPS-compliant TP systems, as well as preparation and filing of related TP documents, i.e. Master Files and Local Files;Continuous global monitoring of deadlines and filing obligations according to statutory law and OECD requirements;Assisting in the purchase of benchmark-studies as well as their quality review. Preparation of license benchmark-studies with RoyaltyStat or ktMINE;Assisting in the development and roll-out of intercompany agreements that supports transfer pricing transactions and provide multinational guidance on their implementation;Analyzing and calculating tax additions, e.g. because of unbilled recharges;Training of Freudenberg Group personnel in TP governance related topics, like TP documentation or intercompany agreements;Ad-hoc support to Freudenberg Group’s Senior Manager Transfer Pricing Compliance and Director Transfer Pricing and Global Tax Processes.Qualifications University Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or Tax Law;At least three years relevant work experience in a transfer pricing role either with a large multinational group or an established tax consultancy firm, preferably in “Big 4” environment;A qualification in international tax and a good knowledge of OECD and country-specific transfer pricing regulations and mechanisms are required;Understanding of and affinity for IT systems – like ERP systems, consolidation systems or Operational Transfer Pricing solutions – as well as Business Process Mapping software such as Signavio;Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint;Knowledge TP documentation systems and software (e.g. PwC globalDoc) as well as database-solutions like TP Catalyst or RoyaltyStat are beneficial;Ability to translate TP insights into regular business language of finance, accounting and tax stakeholders;Competence for effective process organization and committed to process improvement through technology, with the ability to use own initiative and work independently with limited day-to-day supervision;Takes over responsibility through specialist knowledge. Manages his or her own performance to ensure that tasks are accomplished.
