Job Description

Kuwait Airways is activity recruiting for "Admin Services & Budget Staff " in the Human Resources Department. In this role your responsibilities will include but not limited to:Basic Function and Scope:implements decisions and instructions related to administrative affairs, including administrative services, in coordination with the concerned departments, follows up on administrative applications within the field of administrative affairs and works to achieve optimal utilization of human resources. Also participates in preparing the department’s budget in coordination with the Finance Department.a. Provides administrative support to department employees, listens to their administrative inquiries, and coordinates with section heads within the department to find suitable solutions. Assists in presenting the department’s administrative perspective to the responsible officials based on relevant systems and regulations and works to resolve matters as promptly as possible.b. Implements the organization’s HR policies and procedures related to leaves, travel allowances, and other benefits. Coordinates with the relevant departments regarding the preparation of employee performance evaluation reports and follows up on the completion of procedures related to overtime work, medical expense reimbursements, business trips, exit and security permits, military service leaves, etc.c. Compiles the department’s annual budget from all sectors, including reviewing budget requirements for expenses and equipment from different sections, consolidating budget reports, completing approval procedures with the office head, and monitoring proper implementation by reviewing all purchase and service requests to ensure coverage within the approved budget.RequirementsMinimum of 4 years’ experience in administrative affairs.Bachelor’s degree in Administrative Sciences or Equivalent
