Job Description
Kuwait Airways is activity recruiting for "Compliance Staff" in the Safety & Compliance Department. In this role your responsibilities will include but not limited to:Basic Function and Scope:Performs various Quality Assurance activities. Includes, preparing data for plans, preparing survey questionnaires, coordinating required market or consumer surveys, analyzing and compiling survey data, and maintaining related statistics, records and files, as required in accordance with related procedures, etc. Participates as assigned in quality assurance functions, ensuring continuous compliance or regulatory & company requirements by means of audit.a. Participates in the preparation of Quality Assurance and related studies prepared by the section Utilizes personal computer equipment and various software systems to maintain data and to prepare reports, plans, studies, etc. with supporting charts, graphs and tables.b. Participates in the compiling of data and information to establish the various research plans. Prepares survey questionnaires to elicit required marketing information and assists in organizing surveys by arranging and scheduling survey interviews with key consumers groups, business organizations, Government officials, KAC outstation Managers and other market contacts, etc. in the respective countries where surveys are to be conducted.c. Research information from previous years or surveys so that meaningful comparison can be made for future marketing plans. Computes averages, ratios, distributions, etc. as directed to further assist supervisor in formulating future trends and to assess potential markets for consumers.d. Maintains the validity of documents issued by manufacturers, ICAO, IATA and Regulatory Authorities as and when required.RequirementsDiploma degree in Business Administration or Equivalent2 years' experience in related Ground Handling activities, preferably with an airline organization
