Kuwait Airways is activity recruiting for "Safety Staff" in the Safety & Compliance Department. In this role your responsibilities will include but not limited to:Basic Function and Scope:Ensure an effective Safety Management System is developed and implemented to integrate work practices, beliefs and set procedures for monitoring and improving the safety and health of all aspects of Kuwait Airways operations. Also required to assist in keeping Kuwait Airways Safety Management Policy & Procedures in the OSPM is kept up to date and effective.a. Assist in carrying out hazard identification of applicable Operational functions at base and outstations to comply with the requirements of Safety Management System (SMS).b. Participate in carrying out Risk analysis Matrix evaluations of identified Operational hazards within applicable department, station of handling agent.c. Remains knowledgeable in, and keeps abreast of Regulatory, Company, IOSA, ERP, HF and Safety requirements and coordinate with Group Leader, Inspections to amend the audit program accordingly.d. Carry out exit interviews to identify potential safety issues and concerns.RequirementsHigh School Degree Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Licensed Engineer / Commercial Pilot License holder Or Minimum 6 Years’ experience in an operational field for High school Degree Holders.
