For further information, visit our website : www.gerflorgroup.comPosition:Following our successful international growth strategy, we have an exciting and challenging opportunity for a dynamicSpecification & Business Development Managerbased in the Oslo Area (Norway).Drive growth through architectural influence and public sector partnerships in the Norwegian building industry, and especially within the healthcare segment.Your roleLead specification-driven sales projects (new builds and renovations) in the Norwegian construction market.Main focus on the healthcare segment, but also education and public buildings.Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, designers, local authorities, hospital operators, investors, and general contractors.Secure specifications for Gerflor’s full product portfolio: flooring, wall protection, and accessories.Collaborate with the Norwegian sales team and international product management to shape market strategies.Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.Ensure accurate CRM data, sales forecasts, and performance reporting.Represent Gerflor at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.Requirements:5+ years of experience in specification sales or project-based business development in the building materials or interior design industry.A strong network among architects, specifiers, and public sector stakeholders in the Oslo region.A strong track record in the specification of projects in complex decision-making environments.
