Specification Manager

The role:Brand ambassador of the company: Responsible for building full range of the product portfolio into master specifications of specifiers, architects, interior designers (IDs), consultants, etc.Pull marketing: Conduct regular events for specifiers, architects, IDs, consultants, developers, etc. (e.g., lunch and learn, brand presentations, organize trade shows with Marcom).Market immersion: Keeping up to date with market and competitor movements.Specification pipeline builder: Building specification pipeline to an agreed target.Specification defender: Responsible for building and defending specifications until successful main contractor is awarded. Thereafter, handover to respective Sales Manager/s during subcontractor/applicator tender.What we're looking for:Minimum Diploma in any discipline.Minimum 2 years of specifying experience (in any industry within construction) within Singapore.Construction Chemicals experience would be an advantage.Must haves:Holds proven Lunch and Learn experience.Public speaking skills and experience.Strong business acumen.Demonstrates willingness to learn.Effective team player.
