Job DescriptionWe are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Corporate Actions Specialist to join our dynamic operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and reconciling positions related to Corporate Action and Proxy events, ensuring accurate processing and compliance with internal controls and industry standards.Key ResponsibilitiesReconcile and process positions related to Corporate Action and Proxy events, including reviewing communications, notifications, and facilitating postings.Develop and implement client-specific service solutions while maintaining rigorous quality control.Execute multiple transactions of moderate complexity to ensure efficiency and productivity.Minimize risk to the organization by adhering to established procedures, audit standards, and control policies.Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement to reduce manual touchpoints in payment processing.Partner with peers and product teams to develop and enhance operational solutions that align with departmental goals.Participate in system testing and contribute to ongoing process enhancement initiatives.Support team members during periods of high volume and provide backup coverage as needed.Requirements1–5 years of relevant experience in Corporate Actions, Securities Processing, or related financial operations.Fluency in English (both written and spoken).In-depth knowledge of securities processing and solid understanding of hedge fund industry practices.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex issues independently.Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex information with tact and professionalism.Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and adherence to procedural controls.Our OfferContract Type: B2B / MandateRate: 70–100 PLN net + VAT per hourWork Model: Hybrid (3 days from office)
