Come join us and be a part of something amazing!Job SummaryAt Diverzify+ and our Family of Brands, our Project Coordinators work closely with Project Managers to plan and execute flooring projects from start to finish. Responsibilities include creating action plans, scheduling resources, managing budgets and timelines, coordinating tasks, handling risk management, and maintaining project documentation. They ensure projects meet quality standards, stay on budget, and deliver customer satisfaction through effective communication and time management.

RequirementsJob ResponsibilitiesManage paperwork flow for Account Managers' or Executives' projects, verifying contracts, POs, and change orders for accuracyBuild customer relations through timely document return and create routing sheets to track paperworkCommunicate with suppliers about product availability and place/track material ordersMake freight arrangements for cost-effective product shipmentsPerform timely follow-ups on shipments and track multiple deliveriesDistribute bi-monthly Salesperson billing summary sheets for customer billingMaintain project documentation in job folders and the computer systemPrepare monthly AIA-type billing and ensure job folders support payment verifications and final invoicingReview change orders, verify billing documents, and submit for client approvalComplete accurate billing and follow up with clients for payment verificationPrepare necessary project close-outs at project completion.

QualificationsProven work experience in a Construction Administration role. Experience in project management, from conception to delivery. An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules, and step-by-step action plans. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project and Microsoft Planner. Preferred QualificationsBSc in Business Administration or related fieldExperience as a Project Coordinator role or similar within the construction industry. Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance controlHands-on experience with project management toolsPMP / PRINCE2 certificationWe are an equal opportunity employer.
