The Senior Social Media Strategist must have a love for strategic thinking blended with an ability to roll up their sleeves and see things through to execution, distribution, and optimization. They will have proven themselves as an energetic and collaborative team member with responsibilities for high performing brands/accounts. They are ready to show—and teach—junior social media specialists how it’s done. Ideally, the right candidate will possess an interest in healthcare and how to reach various audiences, though direct healthcare experience is not mandatory.

Inputs on regular reports on performance and knows when to recommend a shift in strategyHas fundamental understanding, or interest in learning and implementing, rules around healthcare/products on social channelsAble to move seamlessly from brand to brand as needs ariseParticipate in strategic and tactical meetings with clients and account management to develop meaningful programs that reflect client needsEstablish relationships and present social media strategy recommendations to clientsPartners and communicates clearly with supervisors, creative team, project managers and account counterparts to ensure social media strategy and execution delivers quality workCan lead the discussion surrounding social media materials in status calls without senior support, as neededParticipates in new business initiatives and organic growth opportunitiesDemonstrate the ability to develop strategies that meet client objectives and overarching program goalsDesired Skills and Qualifications 4+ years of social media experience, including end-to-end execution of paid campaignsManagerial experience of more than 1-2 team members across more than 1-2 brands/accounts across categories and audiencesProficient in writing across audiences and channelsStrong presentation skillsAble to travel to meet client and agency needsThe anticipated salary range for this position will be $90K-$110K.
