In this role, you will support children in developing their communication, language, and social skills within a collaborative and supportive environment. We are looking for a therapist with at least 2 years of pediatric experience, who is confident across a range of clinical areas and especially passionate about working with children on the autism spectrum. Strong teamwork, collaboration, and a family-centred approach are at the heart of this position. Main Responsibilities:Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessmentsDevelop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to client needs and goalsUtilize a range of evidence-based, neurodiversity-affirming therapeutic approachesCollaborate closely with families, caregivers, teachers, and other professionals to support client progressMaintain accurate and timely documentation, including session notes, progress reports, and assessmentsKey Requirements:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech and Language TherapyHCPC/ASHA/SAC registration or equivalentMinimum 2 years of clinical experience in pediatricsAbility to work both independently and collaboratively in a team settingStrong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skillsSend CV to jobs@elevatetherapybda.com
