Think Behavior & Development Center is looking for a dedicated Speech Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team. If you’re passionate about helping children build their communication skills and want to collaborate with a supportive, innovative team, we’d love to meet you!Key ResponsibilitiesConduct individualized assessments and develop personalized treatment/goal plans.Design and implement evidence-based programs aligned with client goals.Monitor progress through data-driven decisions, making timely modifications to programs.Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team in case meetings to enhance holistic client care.Partner with families to provide education, review progress, and support next steps.Liaise with schools and other providers to ensure consistent support across environments.Conduct caregiver training, and offer home/school visits as needed.Safeguard the wellbeing, safety, and dignity of every client.RequirementsBachelor’s in Speech-Language/Hearing Sciences or Speech-Language PathologyNHRA license (or eligibility for licensure in Bahrain)Experience working with children and developmental delaysBilingual: English & ArabicStrong communication and organizational skillsPreferred:Master’s in Speech Language Pathology, Communication Sciences, or relatedAdditional certifications, trainings, or fellowshipsWhy Join Us?At Think, you’ll be part of a passionate multidisciplinary team dedicated to empowering children and families.
