Job Description

As we are transforming our ways of working and rebuilding our People Team, we are hiring a Talent Acquisition Manager. As a critical member of the People team, you’ll own the end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of business and tech roles. You’ll partner closely with hiring managers and leadership, ensuring we attract, engage, and hire exceptional talent who thrive in our fast-paced, collaborative environment. You’ll play a key role in shaping our employer brand and candidate experience, helping to scale Spendesk as we grow across Europe and beyond. Key ResponsibilitiesFull-Cycle Recruitment:

Drive recruitment for multiple business and tech roles, managing sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer, and onboarding processes. Stakeholder Partnership:  Guide and advise hiring managers, developing tailored hiring strategies while promoting best practices and diversity hiring. Candidate Experience:  Champion a positive, authentic, and inclusive candidate journey, from first contact to onboardingEmployer Branding:  Collaborate with the People and Marketing teams to showcase our unique culture and values, helping Spendesk stand out to top talentProcess Optimization:  Implement and improve more efficient recruitment processes , leveraging data and feedback to drive efficiency and quality. Market Intelligence:

 Stay on top of talent trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activity, sharing insights with the team and leadership. DE&I Initiatives:  Actively contribute to our diversity, equity & inclusion efforts, ensuring an equitable recruitment process for all candidatesWhat we're looking forExperience:  3+ years in talent acquisition or recruitment, ideally in a high-growth tech or SaaS environmentOwnership:  Proven ability to manage multiple searches at once, with strong project management and prioritization skillsBusiness Partner:  Experience working directly with hiring managers and senior leaders, advising on best practices and building trustCandidate Champion:  Obsessed with delivering a great candidate experience and representing the Spendesk brand.
