Job Description

Sperasoft is hiring for First-Person Shooter (FPS) project with AAA-quality visuals! We are looking for a skilled Environment Artist with strong texturing abilities and a keen eye for detail. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of local setting and art direction, ensuring their work aligns seamlessly with the game's overall style. Work with Lead Artist and other artists to maintain production appearance, including quality and art style across all project assetsDevelop, maintain, and create both high polygonal sculpts and real-time game assets matching project and studio standardsCreate modular environment assets using trim sheets, tileable and unique textures, and effectively combine them to create high-quality assetsWork with Lead Artist to ensure timely completion of game assetsCommunicate regularly with the Lead Artist regarding the status of current tasksInvestigate client technology and be highly proficient in itHelp Lead Artist or develop briefs and documents for asset creation and trainingExplore new technologies on the given platforms to achieve best possible resultsComplete all tasks in a timely manner and to a consistent high quality standardContribute to the team-oriented environmentRequirementsProfessional experience in the video game industry building architecture and propsStrong modeling background.

Ability to create, trim sheets, tileable and unique textures, as well as combine them effectivelyStrong knowledge of baking and texturing with tools such as Marmoset, Substance Painter.
