What will you work on? Logistics Specialist is primarily responsible for coordinating all types of products movements and system maintenance of inventory at our stock points. This includes all kinds of processes related to Inbound, Outbound and coordination of warehouse activitiesHow will you create impact? Ensure 3PL provides On-Time delivery execution of customer orders meeting given delivery dates in line with agreed lead times and service expectations, monitor the performance and execute corrective actions.

Invoice adjustment and authorization(signing) for customs purposesResolving daily issues / irregularities / customer complainsTrack and Trace to ensure smooth order flow, accuracy and visibilityNew customer set up- review of customer requirements Stock controlling-stock maintenance in SAPRework process planning with the 3PLReturn processingCommunication and cooperation across different departments and teams in order to reach the objectives. (Customers Service team, Local Sales/Marketing teams, Planning)How will you fit into the team? The Logistics Specialist reports to Manager, Outbound Warehousing Europe.
