SpiritsUp GmbH is a fast-growing international trading company, originally established in the premium alcoholic beverage sector and now expanding into the dynamic world of perfumery. We are launching our B2B perfumery division to meet growing global demand for branded fragrances. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented B2B Sales Executive to drive our perfume trading activities across international markets. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in luxury goods or FMCG trade to help shape a strategic business unit within an agile, entrepreneurial company. 🛠️ Key Responsibilities:
* 🤝 Sourcing and negotiating with suppliers and buyers (EU and international)* 🔄 Managing transactions where we act as both buyer and seller on bonded warehouse territory* ✅ Ensuring full regulatory compliance (customs, excise, VAT exemptions, certificates)* 🛡️ Structuring deals to protect commercial confidentiality between partners* 🚚 Coordinating with logistics providers and warehouse operators* 🧴 Understanding trading flows, channels, and dynamics in the international perfumery market🎯 Ideal Candidate Profile:
* 🌐 Background in international B2B trade (beauty, cosmetics, luxury/FMCG) +5 years* 🏢 Experience with customs warehouses and bonded logistics processes* 📊 Knowledge of VAT & excise procedures within EU borders* 👃 Insight into perfumery markets and high-demand fragrance brands* 🤝 Connections with key perfume manufacturers or distributors (strong plus)* 🗣️ Excellent negotiation and communication skills* 🧩 Skilled in managing complex, confidential deal structures* 📦 Familiarity with TARIC codes & cosmetic product classifications* ⚖️ Understanding of EU Cosmetics Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009* 🧪 Experience with SDS, IFRA certificates, and labeling rules* 🧾 Knowledge of Intrastat, EUR.
