Your primary goal will be to engage with these warm leads, understand their specific beauty and style aspirations, and expertly schedule their consultations or appointments with our network of premier partner studios and stylists. If you have exceptional communication skills, a genuine passion for connecting people with solutions, and a knack for organization, this is an exciting opportunity. Key Responsibilities: Proactively engage with inbound leads (from online inquiries, campaigns, etc. ) via phone, email, and potentially text/chat.
Conduct friendly and efficient qualification conversations to understand prospects' specific hair styling needs (e. g. , cut, color, treatments) or fashion goals (e. g. , wardrobe refresh, event styling, personal shopping). Clearly and enthusiastically communicate the benefits of connecting with our network of professional hair and dress stylists. Skillfully address initial questions or concerns, providing accurate information about typical services, processes, and expected outcomes. Efficiently schedule qualified appointments directly into the calendars of our partner hair salons and fashion studios. Ensure all necessary client details and service preferences are accurately captured and transferred to the relevant studio/stylist.
Maintain meticulous records of all lead interactions, appointment statuses, and outcomes within our CRM system. Collaborate closely with our sales and operations teams to optimize lead flow and improve conversion rates. Stay informed about general trends in hair care, fashion styling, and popular services to better engage with prospective clients. Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly appointment setting targets. Qualifications: 1+ year of proven experience in an appointment setting, lead qualification, customer service, or inside sales role. Strong interest in or familiarity with the hair care, beauty, or fashion industries.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a professional, clear, and engaging phone presence. Excellent active listening skills and the ability to quickly understand client needs and preferences. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks and a high volume of interactions. Proficiency with CRM software and basic office productivity tools. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient in a target-driven environment. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team. High school diploma or equivalent; relevant customer service or sales training is a plus. Part-time 15 hours/week
