Job Description

Purpose and objectives of the role: Update and implement the three-year brand development strategy, ensure the integration of the brand's mission and business goals; Effective cross-functional interaction with other brand teams and international teams; Interact effectively with NPD managers; To implement innovative approaches in communications and marketing that strengthen the brand's connection with consumers;Together with R&D, build an innovative portfolio, through solutions for the future, relying on the company's developments and scientific potential. Main responsibilities: Development, protection and implementation of a marketing strategy and marketing calendar in the context of each channel (retail, e-com, digital, etc.

);Defining a marketing strategy (market positioning, promotion plan) according to the brand's positioning;Development, protection and control of the marketing budget execution; Organizing, conducting, monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of advertising campaigns and trade marketing activities aimed at increasing sales and brand awareness; Development of the company's advertising, communication and PR strategy, analysis of the effectiveness of events, communication channels; Brand Portfolio Management; Development of product briefings for new products; Conducting research (Working with internal and external data);Trend analysis and consumer segmentation;BHR performance brand analysis; Preparing a PNL brand as part of a long- and medium-term planning cycle.

Key competencies: Experience in joint development and implementation of brand development strategies;Launching a new brand or product on the market; Knowledge in the field of market analysis, consumer trends and the competitive environment of several geographies (Russia, Europe, Asia, etc. ); Skills in building innovative marketing and communication strategies, not using high-cost media methods; At least 5 years of experience in FMCG in similar positions;Knowledge of the basics and principles of classical brand management and marketing; Fluent English (required).
