About Save a Child’s Heart: Save a Child’s Heart (SACH) is an Israeli-based international humanitarian organization thatprovides life-saving cardiac care to children from developing countries and trains medicalprofessionals from around the world. Our mission is rooted in compassion, medicalexcellence, and cross-cultural collaboration. Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic, articulate, and passionate individual to serve as our spokesperson to host visitors and delegations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in public speaking, has experience guiding groups, and is deeply committed to humanitarian values.
As the face of SACH for visiting delegations, supporters, and international guests, you will play a key role in sharing our story and impact. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary English-speaking host for visiting groups, including supporters and stakeholders, medical professionals, students, and international delegations. Deliver compelling presentations about SACH’s mission, history, and global impact. Coordinate and lead tours of the SACH facilities, including the children’s home and medical center. Represent the organization at events, conferences, and media opportunities as needed. Collaborate with the communications and development teams to ensure consistent messaging.
Assist in developing visitor materials and presentations. Qualifications: Native-level fluency in English; strong command of Hebrew is essential. Proven experience in public speaking, guiding tours, or educational outreach. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences. Passion for humanitarian work and cross-cultural engagement. Strong storytelling skills and the ability to convey complex ideas in an accessible and inspiring way. Ability to work independently and manage multiple visits or events simultaneously. Comfortable speaking in front of large groups and high-profile guests. Familiarity with the Israeli nonprofit sector or global health initiatives is an advantage.
Experience working with international visitors or multicultural environments. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends, depending on group visits or events. Background in communications, education, international relations, or a related field is preferred.
