Job DetailsDescriptionThe Sports Performance Coach is responsible for personal training, small group training sessions and implementing sport performance programs for assigned academy teams. Fluent knowledge of the English language; including the ability to read and interpret written information and speak and understand verbal communication Ability to fulfill the physical requirements of the position with any reasonable accommodations as necessaryAuthorized to work in the United StatesCertificate of liability insurancePreferred QualificationsCPR/First Aid CertifiedPrevious personal training experienceHighly dependable with a history of consistent attendance and punctualityGuest-focused/service-oriented; ability to see big picture and impact on Company. The team member will primarily work in the Sports Performance fitness area. Physical requirements:

While performing the duties of this job, the team member will be regularly required to perform physical activity that includes moving about the work area, standing, sitting, bending, reaching with hands and arms, lifting, pushing, pulling, talking, hearing and smelling. The team member will be frequently required to stoop, kneel, or crouch. He or she is required to have the visual acuity to determine the accuracy, neatness, and thoroughness of the work assigned. Lifting requirements:

The team member will occasionally be required to lift, push, pull, lower and/or move up to 10 lbs regularly, and frequently up to 50 lbs repeatedly as required to instruct members on the use of strength equipment. Noise Level: The noise level in this environment is typically moderate to loud.
