Intern - Sports Consulting & Sports team OperationsLocation: RemoteDuration: 3 monthsDepartment: OperationsLanguage: Japanese/EnglishKey Responsibilities:Support the planning, coordination, and execution of consulting projects related to the sports business.Manage social media operations, maintain partnership relationships, and plan and execute activations as part of sports team operations.Assist in collecting and analyzing data related to consulting projects, collaborating closely with the analytics team.Prepare and manage detailed reports, presentations, and documentation for consulting engagements.Participate in team meetings, workshops, and client briefings, take accurate notes, and follow up on action items.Translate business-related documents between English and Japanese.Propose new ideas related to sports team operations and consulting solutions.Requirements:Pursuing or completed a bachelor's degree in sports management, business, or a related field.Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.Passionate about sports and an understanding of sports industry trends.Being able to use generative AI tools.Having strong communication skills in both Japanese and English.Proficiency in Canva or Adobe Illustrator is a plus.Additional Information:This is an unpaid internship for a period of three months.Depending on performance and the needs of the organization, there may be an opportunity to transition into a paid consulting role afterward.
