We are seeking talented and motivated professionals to join our team for the design, engineering, and construction of a state-of-the-art sports stadium complex. Successful candidates will participate in all phases of the project—from concept and feasibility studies to detailed engineering, BIM modeling, site coordination, and construction support.Responsibilities may include: • Contributing to conceptual, preliminary, and detailed design packages. • Preparing engineering calculations, technical drawings, and specifications. • Ensuring compliance with relevant international codes, local regulations, sustainability standards, and safety requirements. • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, including architecture, structural engineering, MEP, fire & life safety, façade engineering, civil works, and specialist consultants. • Reviewing contractor proposals, shop drawings, and material submissions during the construction phase. • Participating in coordination meetings and liaising with internal and external stakeholders. • Supporting BIM coordination, clash detection sessions, and interdisciplinary design reviews. • Providing technical support and ensuring design intent is preserved during execution. Qualifications • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline. • 3–10+ years of experience in building design, engineering, or construction; experience in stadiums, sports facilities, arenas, or large public buildings is a strong advantage. • Solid understanding of international standards and design codes (e.g., Eurocodes, NFPA, FIFA/UEFA/FIBA/FIFA facility standards is a plus). • Proficiency in design and modeling software relevant to discipline: • Architecture: Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino, Grasshopper • Structural: Revit, SAP2000, ETABS, Tekla, Robot • MEP: Revit MEP, Navisworks, Carrier HAP, Dialux • Construction Management: Primavera P6, MS Project, Navisworks Manage • Experience in BIM-based workflows and interdisciplinary coordination. • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in multicultural, cross-disciplinary teams. • Detail-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and commitment to quality and deadlines. • Willingness to travel for coordination meetings and on-site supervision as required.
