Are you living your life's work?Penn Medicine Lancaster General Health Sports Medicine Parkesburg is searching for a Physician to join our team! Our Sports Medicine team provides complete surgical and non-surgical care for a wide range of conditions and injuries to bone, muscle, and other soft tissues, along with concussion management, nutrition counseling, and screening for cardiac issues in athletes.This physician will spend 50% of their time in the Family Medicine clinic and 50% of their time in Sports Medicine. School coverage is included with the sports component with most time requirements during football season. This position will be located primarily in our Parkesburg office with potential to float to other locations in the Lancaster area. Our offices are equipped with musculoskeletal ultrasound with physical therapy located in the same building, convenience for patients and providers alike.Interested candidates can apply online or reach out to Jaci Fisher, Physician Recruiter at [email protected] with CV for more information.Minimum Qualifications: Medical Doctor (MD), Doctor of Osteopathy (DO), issued by the Accreditation Council on Medical Education. Successful completion of Family Medicine Residency. Successful completion of Sports Medicine Fellowship. Certified by the American Board of Family Medicine or Board eligible. Certificate in Added Qualification in Sports Medicine OR eligibility to obtain CAQ in Sports Medicine.
