We are currently looking for a Senior Sales Representative to join our Sales Team based in Bucharest.

The Senior Sales Representative will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability. As a seasoned professional, you will leverage your advanced sales expertise and strategic thinking to exceed targets while maintaining the highest standards of customer satisfaction.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Be ToPresent, promote, and sell products (used cars) and services (operational leasing) by using solid arguments to existing and prospective customersAchieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the scheduleEstablish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationshipsExpedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfactionCoordinate sales efforts with team members and other departmentsAnalyse the territory/market’s potential, track sales, and status reportsSupply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and servicesStay informed of best practices and promotional trendsRequirements5+ years Mandatory proven work experience as a Sales Representative in automotive (preferably used-cars)Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in salesGood knowledge of MS OfficeFamiliarity with CRM practiceAbility to build productive business professional relationshipsExcellent selling, communication, and negotiation skillsPrioritizing, time management, and organizational skillsRelationship management skills and openness to feedbackBenefitsCompetitive compensationDaily exposure on top-notch technologies, practices and methodologiesProfessional development plan & specialization in a high-demand marketUnlimited support to achieve your personal aspirationsValues based, fun and fast-paced environment
