Â What you'll ownEnd-to-end relationship management for a high-value global enterpriseExecutive engagement, including QBRs, EBRs, and strategic planning sessionsEnterprise onboarding and integration programs across complex systemsEnablement initiatives to drive adoption and long-term platform successUpsell, renewal, and expansion strategy across global business unitsEscalation ownership, partnering with Support and Engineering to resolve issuesPerformance tracking and reporting:

Each employee is paid within the minimum and maximum of their positionâs compensation range based on their skills, experience, qualifications, and other job-related specifications.
