The team is responsible for implementing strategy, road maps and features, while adhering to business goals. It covers all functions including but not limited to Financial Services, Supply Chain, Search, Recommendation, Advertising, Order, Promotion, User, Anti-Fraud, Seller Service. Join us to own a product that is impacting millions of lives in Southeast Asia and Taiwan.About the Team:Shopee will be prioritizing applicants who have a current right to work in Singapore, and do not require Shopee sponsorship of a visa.The minimum internship commitment period required is 3 months, and students who are available for 6 months would be preferred.Kindly note that you can only be considered in one recruitment process at a time within Sea Group and will be considered for jobs in the order that you have applied.Job Description:Deep dive into operational workflows to understand the entire business ecosystems, develop effective tools to support local operations across the regions at scaleContinuously drive for improvements in product assigned, liaise with business teams to understand requirements, set priorities and deliver product solutions effectivelyTake the ownership of the entire product development cycle, work closely with designers, analysts, engineers and data scientists to deliver product solutions with high business impactRequirements:Final-year or Penultimate student currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science and Mathematics or a related science/tech field preferredSelf-starter mentality with ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic and agile working environmentEffectively communicate complex business/technical information with different audiences verbally or in writingGood critical thinking and data-based decision-making skillsAdaptable, open-minded, quick learnerCare deeply about user experience and business impact for both Shopee and the ecommerce ecosystemPrevious Product Management Intern experience is a plusFull-time interns preferredPart-time interns who can commit at least 3 working days a week are also welcome to apply
