The RoleKey ResponsibilitiesAssist in posting job openings on various job boards and company platformsScreen resumes and schedule interviews with candidatesHelp organize and update employee records, both digital and physicalSupport the onboarding process for new hires (e. g. , orientation setup, document collection)Assist in planning and executing HR events and engagement activitiesParticipate in HR meetings and take minutesPrepare HR-related reports as requestedSupport general administrative tasks and special projects as neededIdeal ProfileStrong organizational and time-management skills.
