We value authenticity because diverse backgrounds, cultures, styles and abilities can only help us find the answers that people with rare tumors are looking for.Key Responsibilities Will IncludeSet and implement local priorities aligned with company strategies, overseeing execution and outcomes against defined commercial KPIsLead and develop a cross-functional team of professionals, fostering collaboration and performance excellenceOwn P&L responsibility and drive strategic budget planning to achieve financial targets and market growth objectivesDevelop and execute Market Access strategies in collaboration with regional and global stakeholdersEnsure seamless communication across functions while representing the company to external stakeholders including healthcare authoritiesConduct performance management for direct reports and provide input to global functional leadershipDrive patient identification through advocacy partnerships and digital patient engagement initiativesBuild a diverse team with rare disease expertise through strategic recruitment and specialized trainingFacilitate customer engagement strategies across the healthcare ecosystem, including payers and policy makersOptimize resource allocation across commercial functions while leading digital transformation initiativesWho You Are10+ years of managerial experience in the pharmaceutical industry with a proven track record of delivering topline and bottom-line results at country level and drug launch experience.Experience in rare Oncology or closely related rare disease environment is a strong plusProven experience in full P&L responsibility, incl. strategic planning/execution to drive revenue growth/cost optimizationDemonstrated strong leadership and interpersonal skills across teams and functionsExperience in developing and implementing strategic plans in alignment with broader objectives (regional/global)Strong communication skills and experience in engaging with a diverse range of rare disease stakeholdersSolid experience in commercial operations, including resource allocation, budget responsibility, sales, and marketing activitiesFlexibility and willingness to engage in both domestic and international travel as requiredMSc or PhD in Business Administration, Life Sciences or related areasFluency in English and local languageWhat we offer: We are curious minds that come from a broad range of backgrounds, perspectives, and life experiences.
