Job DescriptionThe Regional Fleet Lead (RFL) is responsible for securing the fleet of agency and IC Delivery Partners (DPs), both for current and future requirements. In addition to sourcing, the RFL is to work closely with Hub Leads (HL) and the respective agencies with regards to various concerns with DPs. Lastly performance of the agencies themselves are to be monitored and reported periodically and recommendations on what actions to take are to be presented to the AFL. Lastly, the RFL is also to source for potential agency partners, especially if there are any available locally. The RFL is to work with Fleet HQ on strategies and actions required to grow the fleet while also retaining the current fleet.Together with his/her reports coordinates with the HL to ensure that payout computations are provided to FINOPS on time.Ensure that area fleet team are achieving their targets,in sourcing and on-boarding of DPs.Work with the agencies in securing agency Delivery Partners (DPs).Follow-up enrollment of new DPs in FMS, while at the same time removal of DPs FMS account once they have left SPX.Provide prescribed regular reports to his superiors, As well as other non regular reports that maybe required.Analyze sourcing and on-boarding performance of fleet team in his area. At the same time provide recommendations to address issues or suggest new ideas that helps fleet be more effective in delivering its targets.Coaches, mentors, and monitors the performance of the members of the departmentPerforms other tasks that may be assigned by the management from time to timeRequirementsMust have at least a 4 year college degree.Work experience in dealing with Employment Agencies for riders and drivers.Worked in HR with specific, in recruitment departmentExperience in mass sourcing and hiring of personnel.Experience managing a fleet of riders and drivers is an advantage.Good negotiation skillsHigh level of integrityHonest and transparent.Organized and forward thinking.Is able to think out of the boxEscalates early before a problem becomes too bigWell-versed in both written and oral communicationExcellent people management skills and demonstrates strong and decisive leadership skillsAdvanced analytical and problem-solving skillsHigh level of energyMobile, will be moving around multiple hubs within area of responsibilitySelf-motivated and able to work with minimal supervisionFlexible in working hours and schedules
