SQA Engineers (Mid to Senior Level)

Location: Faisal Town, Lahore [Onsite] Employment Type: Full-time Department: Quality Assurance / Engineering About the Role We are looking for a SQA Engineers - Mid to Senior Level (Automation/Manual) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of our software products through a combination of manual and automated testing. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and other QA engineers to design and execute test strategies that maintain the reliability, usability, and performance of our applications. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for web and API applications. Perform comprehensive manual testing for new features, bug fixes, and regression cycles. Participate in sprint planning, story grooming, and release validation processes. Develop and execute detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases. Identify, record, document, and track defects using bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira). Collaborate closely with developers to resolve issues and ensure timely releases. Continuously enhance test automation frameworks and improve QA processes. Mentor junior QA engineers and provide technical guidance when needed. Ensure product quality across multiple environments (staging, beta, production). Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 2 to 5 years of experience in software QA, with solid experience in both manual and automated testing. Strong hands-on experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or Appium. Experience with API testing tools such as Postman or RestAssured. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control tools (e.g., Jenkins, Git). Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Nice to Have Experience with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner). Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Experience with database testing (SQL). Exposure to mobile app testing. What We Offer Opportunity to work with modern technologies and an experienced engineering team. A collaborative environment that encourages learning and innovation.
