SQL Data Analyst – Philippines (Remote)

This role blends data analysis, dashboard management, incident support, and QA—making it a great fit for someone who’s not just analytical, but also proactive and detail-oriented.As a SQL Data Analyst, you’ll own critical reporting processes, partner with marketing teams, monitor dashboards for anomalies, and perform quality checks on digital campaigns. You’ll play a key role in ensuring accurate data flows, timely reporting, and smooth execution of marketing and referral programs.Compensation & PerksSalary Range: ₱70,000 - ₱85,000/month (Final offer based on skills and experience matched to role requirements)Work Setup: 100% permanent work-from-homeBonuses:$25 monthly perfect attendance bonus Performance bonusAnniversary bonus (₱5,000 at 1 year; ₱10,000 at 2 years)$300 referral bonus per successful hirePaid Parental LeavePaid Time Off:7 holiday PTO days/year6 regular PTO days/yearHealth Coverage: Comprehensive HMO planWhat You’ll Do1) Reporting & AnalysisOwn and manage recurring reports with 100% accuracy.Conduct ad hoc analyses (campaign performance, referral activity, anomalies).Deliver reporting summaries and insights to marketing leads.Track milestones and detect fraudulent activity in referral programs.Support financial reporting (invoice and PO processing).2) Dashboard & Data ManagementBuild, refine, and maintain dashboards in Tableau, Power BI, Sigma, or Looker Studio.Monitor dashboards to detect campaign, promotion, or data pipeline issues.Assist in creating alerts and protocols for anomaly detection.3) Incident Support & QARespond swiftly to alerts, troubleshoot, and escalate as needed.Maintain detailed incident logs with steps and resolutions.Conduct QA reviews of CRM campaigns (emails, SMS, push, in-app).Validate campaign setups, targeting, and deliverability.Document recurring issues and propose improvements.What We’re Looking ForSQL expertise (Intermediate–Advanced): able to write/modify queries in Snowflake, Mode, MySQL, etc.Advanced Excel/Google Sheets: pivot tables, charts, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX MATCH, nested formulas.Dashboarding experience: Tableau, Power BI, Sigma, Chronosphere, or Looker Studio.QA & campaign experience: 1+ year in QA for CRM platforms (Braze, Iterable, Salesforce, etc.).Strong numerical reasoning, problem-solving, and attention to detail.Excellent written and verbal English communication.Highly organized and able to work independently.Amenable to working in any US time zone.Nice to HaveExperience with Jira, Coupa, or other project management tools.Familiarity with invoice and payment processes.Exposure to marketing, referral, or affiliate program reporting.Basic knowledge of HTML.Experience in agency, tech, or app-driven environments.Why You’ll Love Working HereAt GrowthAssistant, you’ll collaborate with a diverse, talented team, sharpen your skills with global clients, and make an impact in your career.
