SQL Server Reporting Services Developer

Role Overview:We are seeking a Senior SSRS Developer to design, develop, and maintain business-critical reports supporting core policy administration and integration systems. The ideal candidate will have strong SQL Server and SSRS experience, with the ability to translate business needs into high-performing and reliable reporting solutions.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and deploy interactive and paginated SSRS reports based on business requirements.Write and optimize SQL/T-SQL queries, stored procedures, and database views to ensure efficient reporting.Collaborate closely with QA teams and product squads to validate data accuracy and performance.Integrate SSRS reporting solutions with existing applications such as policy administration systems or Power BI.Maintain up-to-date technical documentation and provide ongoing support for report-related issues.Required Skills and Qualifications:Proven experience with SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and SQL Server databases.Strong command of SQL/T-SQL development and performance tuning.Familiarity with Bitbucket or GitHub for version control and collaborative development.Solid understanding of ETL processes and data modeling principles.Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
