Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes:
recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and all stages in between to ensure a seamless employee experience. Develop initiatives to boost satisfaction, motivation, and retention; gather feedback through surveys. Manage health insurance, leave policies, and wellness programs; serve as a benefits contact. Develop, update, and communicate HR policies in compliance with legal standards; support strategic HR planning. Organize team-building activities, recognition programs, and other internal events to foster a positive culture. Maintain accurate HR records and ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies. Assist with performance management, training and other HR projects.
Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 3+ years of proven experience as an HR Specialist or similar role. Strong knowledge of employee lifecycle processes, benefits administration, and HR policies. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Proactive, people-focused mindset with strong attention to detail Ability to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives. Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite.
