Use research skills to identify companies and decision-makers that match our Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs). Leverage tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and other databases. Revive & Re-Engage Leads: Proactively follow up with unresponsive or stalled leads using a structured multi-channel outreach approach: calls, personalized emails, and LinkedIn messages. Build & Maintain Automations: Create efficient workflows in Zoho CRM, Dripify, LinkedIn automation tools, and email sequencing software to scale outreach and follow-up efforts. Report with Purpose: Track lead engagement, open/click rates, response behavior, and progress in order to optimize outreach strategies and ensure sales team alignment. Align with Sales & Marketing:

Work closely with Account Executives and Marketing to build unified prospecting strategies and ensure warm hand-offs of qualified leads. Requirements Previous SDR, BDR, or sales/research experience is a strong advantage (1+ years preferred). Highly organized and detail-oriented—you manage outreach like a project, not a checklist. Tech-savvy: Comfortable setting up and optimizing automations in tools like Zoho CRM, Dripify, Apollo, or equivalents. Natural researcher who enjoys digging into data to find the right leads and angles. Proactive mindset with a love for experimentation, testing, and refining strategies. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hebrew.
