About the RoleWe’re looking for a data-driven and business-minded Sr. Analyst, Digital Initiatives to support the rollout of key digital initiatives across EMEA. This role focuses on analyzing transactional data (e.g. POS and sales data) to drive actionable insights and support strategic decisions.You’ll work closely with digital, marketing, and operations teams to ensure data quality, identify trends, and provide evidence-based recommendations that shape digital performance and customer experience.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze and interpret sales and transactional data to identify trends and improvement areasSupport digital projects such as kiosk implementation, loyalty performance, and delivery channel optimizationCollaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and assess initiative successBuild dashboards and reports (Power BI / Tableau) for ongoing performance trackingPartner with third-party delivery providers to enhance reporting and data flowsDrive data literacy across teams and ensure data accuracy and consistencyWhat You Bring7+ years’ experience in data analytics or business intelligenceAdvanced skills in SQL, Excel, and data visualization (Power BI or Tableau)Knowledge of Python or R for data analysisStrong business acumen and stakeholder managementExcellent communication and presentation skills in English
