This position connects clinical and business teams with Information Technology teams, ensuring that technology solutions meet the needs of the healthcare system and ultimately improve patient care. Utilizing a mix of waterfall and agile/scrum techniques and tools are used for team collaboration, issue tracking, and delivery management. Requires working knowledge and experience within own job discipline. Works to broaden own capabilities by continuing to build knowledge of the organization, process, and customer and team relationships. Performs a range of assignments using guidelines and principles tailored to Baptist Health. Facilitating and tracking project and technical issues to resolution. Receives guidance and direction from more experienced team members.
