Our services adhere to international standards to ensure the highest quality outcomes for our clients.Role DescriptionSDPM International is seeking Kuwaiti Senior Architect Engineer on full time basis, on-site role responsible for overseeing architectural works, coordinating with engineering and construction teams, and ensuring compliance with applicable standards and project requirements. The selected candidate will ensure that all design, supervision, and implementation activities are executed to the highest professional and technical standards.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage all architectural design and implementation activities.Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive project delivery.Review and approve architectural drawings, materials, and specifications.Oversee site works to ensure adherence to approved designs and quality standards.Ensure compliance with local regulations and international best practices.Manage project schedules, budgets, and quality objectives.Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and contractors.Provide technical guidance and leadership to project team members.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.Minimum of 20 years of professional experience in architectural design, project management, and construction supervision.Proven expertise in building and infrastructure projects.Experience in operation, maintenance, and facility management is an advantage.Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Professional certification or licensure in Architecture or Engineering is preferred.Only Kuwaiti nationals will be considered for this position.
