Job Description

Location: Hershey, PADepartment: Global LicensingSummary of Role:Serves as account lead with our agency partner (BAC) for General Merchandise third-party Licensees, serves as the primary day-to-day contract for brand collaborations, and our licensed seasonal/ everyday gifting businesses. Manages directly, or in support of external agency partners the ongoing development of licensing projects, ensuring alignment with brand identity, quality standards, and market positioning. Works collaboratively with the Brand and Seasons teams to understand their needs and strategies for the develop of licensed programs to meet strategic goals.Manages all phases of the internal and external review processes, owning the tactical and logistics execution between Hershey, and external agencies and licensee partners, including all phases of planning, product development and program execution. Works with the Brand, Legal, Responsible Sourcing, Quality & Regulatory Compliance and Marketing teams to ensure the quality of activities to protect the assets and trademarks of the company, mitigate risk and are contractually compliant. Oversees portfolio governance to ensure licensed products meet visual, functional, and reputational benchmarks. Monitor monthly KPIs such as royalty revenue, compliance rate, time-to-contract, and partner performance to evaluate impact and guide decisions.Role Responsibilities:Lead a positive agency relationship while directing agency partner to identify portfolio opportunities and drive growth with a clear, collaborative focus on portfolio objectives, risks and growth targets Interpret Hershey brand initiatives into compelling Gen Merch products and packaging through clear and accurate communication with agency (Outbound focusNegotiate licensing terms Manage external licensee relationships Ensure brand and legal compliance, and track royalty and usage metricsInteracts with Mgr and Director level marketing, legal at all levels and QRC and the Assoc Mgr. and mgr level.Desired knowledge, skills, and abilities:Strong cross functional collaborationDetailed oriented with strong project mgmt. abilitiesMinimum Education and Experience Requirements: Education –Bachelor’s degreeExperience –At least 3-5 years of professional experienceExperience in licensing within an agency, Brand or CPG and/or manufacturing environment/
