This role combines scientific leadership, strategic marketing, and cross-functional influence to position Kisunla as a market leader.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute Kisunla’s brand strategy across launch and lifecycle phases.Ensure robust launch readiness and cross-functional alignment.Build strong stakeholder relationships (HCPs, payers, advocacy groups)Manage brand P&L, forecast revenue, and optimize resources.Ensure compliance with global and local regulations.RequirementsBachelor’s or Master’s in Marketing, Business, or Life Sciences.7+ years in pharma marketing with specialty drug launch experience.Strong scientific leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills (getting things done).Innovative approach to challenges and ability to lead cross-functional teams.Business-proficient level of English; excellent communication skills.Preferred: Neuroscience experience; strong B2B and strategy consulting background.Additional SkillsHigh business acumen and results orientation.Digital marketing and omnichannel expertise.Flexibility for travel and adaptability to evolving market needs.Lilly is dedicated to helping individuals with disabilities to actively engage in the workforce, ensuring equal opportunities when vying for positions.
