This by driving the brand execution excellence with impactful plans & deliver meaningful and engaging experiences. Every initiative has sharply defined KPIs’ contribution to optimising ROI and directly impacting revenue growth. Consumer centricity and brand equity is at equal prominence of brand strategies.Marketing StrategyEstablish strategies & priorities for all brands, in alignment with Maisons ones & market needsOversee the development, re-alignment, and implementation of annual plans, both for ATL and BTLGather consumer insights on needs, segmentation & profile, to remain culturally relevant and address business needsCreate targeted unique and sharable consumer experiences/ activations that resonate with luxury consumers’ valuesAdopt a challenger mindset and actively research inspiration & ideas from various sourcesFinancially driven decision making and efficient A&P management Prioritise investments and initiatives based on growth potential and market positioning, balancing the need for innovation and creativity with disciplined cost control and maximal P&L impactContinually assess cost effectiveness and strategically reallocate investmentBudget reporting on a regular basisCollaboration cross departments & externallyFoster strong cross functional understanding, collaboration and alignment with the sales & finance departmentsBuild strong relationships with Trade customers to drive unified executions and support trade commitmentsBe regularly in the trade to maintain relationships and be aware of consumer trends & needsLeverage the wider Nordics Marketing community to drive optimisation and synergiesOversee POSM orders and usage, including regular strategic reviews of inventoryOversee VAPs / LEDs strategy, ensuring they follow a strong Marketing planCommunicationAct as brand champion & ambassador for communication and custodianship of brand strategies/equity internallyResponsibility for any local (advertising) creative development and to ensure optimum media schedules, including agency briefing, monitoring of campaigns’ KPIs and post mortem reportingEstablish strong relationships with Maisons, pitching projects, reporting developments and obtaining approvals where applicableIDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILEProfessional experience & know howUniversity professional with a degree within marketing and/ or businessMinimum 6 years of brand marketing experienceManagement experience a strong plus (you will manage a team of two)A&P Management - proven track record of disciplined cost control delivering against tangible KPI’s with maximal P&L impactExcellent communication skills and understanding of the importance of relationship building and networkingKnowledge of luxury brand building, building through storytelling, disruptive experiences and excellence in executionAnalytical, structured, and able to work towards long and short-term goalsSelf-motivated, energetic, agile, proactive and ambitiousAble to take ownership, spark enthusiasm and work well under pressureStrong team player who can work effectively as a part of a multi-functional teamAble to travel in Sweden mainly and sometimes abroad; able to be regularly out in the trade to build relationships and ensure brands represented in line with brand strategies & universeProven experience working closely with sales teams & customersChallenger mindsetLocal market/ industry knowledgeLanguagesFluent in English & Swedish.
