Job Description

This role supports both Chick-fil-A's existing custom Food and Menu cost suite of products as well as serves as the TPO on a "Profit Pod" product team focused on building data products supporting and building out new profitability metrics for our Restaurants. This role exists to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and the development team and requires developing a deep understanding of the supported systems and the integrations with boundary systems. This role will work with a team of engineers and functional contractors to continue enhancing and supporting the existing system, all while helping to lead a pod focused on the suite of profitability dashboards. This role will collaborate with the business stakeholders within Financial Services, along with Restaurant Operator feedback groups and others in DTT to gather system requirements and work with engineers to build solutions that deliver business value.The ideal candidate will possess a technical background with relevant project, program, or product development experience and be excited to impact systems that directly impact both staff and operators. This role's primary location is at Chick-fil-A's Corporate Headquarters in Atlanta, GA.Our Flexible Future model offers a healthy mix of working in person and virtually, strengthening key elements of the Chick-fil-A culture by fostering collaboration and community.Responsibilities Serve as a trusted partner to Restaurant Benchmarking and Costing (within Financial Services) in requirements gathering, testing, implementation, and support activities. Partner with the Scrum Master and key business stakeholders to commit to work and set the priority of the team. Translate and refine complex business requirements into technical specifications, considering how they integrate with other systems. Develop deep system knowledge to support core functionality and integrations. Work as part of a project team to deliver medium to large projects. May play a significant role in more than one project at a given time. Develops and maintains strong and productive relationships with all DTT and business stakeholders. May represent the organization to outside organizations or other forums. Understand legacy processes and integrations to modernize them with current tools. Minimum Qualifications 1+ years of experience Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Or equivalent experience Experience working on multiple workstreams at once. Experience with system integrations. Experience with SQL. Experience translating business needs into technical requirements. Self-starter who completes responsibilities with minimal supervision. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience working with data tech stacks like Databricks, DBT, Tableau, and related tools Ability to derive clarity from ambiguous business opportunities and needs. Proven technical and business acumen; experience with translating needs and requirements between engineering and functional partners. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Excellent personal and relational intelligence.  Strong decision-making skills.
