This is a hybrid position with office location in the Center of Expertise in Warsaw.Your tasks may include the following and other duties may be assigned:Evaluation of the current B2B and B2C order-to-delivery and invoicing (OTD&I) business processes to identify opportunities for improvementsConducting research on emerging trends and technologies for potential implementationDesign and implement strategies that align with the organization's goalsManage projects from initiation through deliveryImplement process governance, ownership and continuous improvements for the OTD&I processesBe a change management partner for stakeholders during transitions and projectsRequired Knowledge and Experience:Exceptional communication and relational skills, both written and verbal, to a variety of audiencesStrong business, B2B and B2C process acumenAbility to influence others and move toward a common vision or goalStrong time, project and change management skillsBachelor’s degreeFluent in EnglishIt is beneficial if the Senior Business Process (BP) Project Management Specialist has experience with SAP Centerpiece, Salesforce and/or CRM (ICE), Agile Project Management (Scrum), as well as knowledge of the (Diabetes) medical device industry or the pharmaceutical sector.Physical Job RequirementsThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this position, but they are not an exhaustive list of all the required responsibilities and skills of this position. Benefits & CompensationMedtronic offers a competitive Salary and flexible Benefits PackageA commitment to our employees lives at the core of our values.
