As a team full of opportunities, we are happy to develop, produce and succeed together.If you want to be part of a team that creates value for everyone and makes life easier through innovative products and services—and contribute to exciting success stories—the future starts here.Our Requirements:University degree preferably in Engineering, Economics, Statistics, MIS, Business Administration, etc.,Minimum 8 years experience in CRM or related role,Experience in CRM tools, with a focus on SAS or Insider,High proficiency with MS Excel and ability to analyze data sets, ability to collect and review data in complex spreadsheets,Querying knowledge (either SQL or SAS) is plus,Experinece in working with IT teams is a plus,Ability to multi-task and work on multiple projects,Experience as a project team member,Good communication skills,Self-motivated and learning-oriented person,Strong planning and coordination skills,Advanced reporting and presentation skills, passionate about internet technology, e-commerce and start-ups,Strong verbal and written communication skills in English,Your Responsibilities:Oversee the team's partner communication execution of tasks related to the development, testing, launch, and support of campaigns, including operational reporting and strategy configuration, as assigned to the team by the business stakeholder within the established deadlines.optimization and automation work processes to improve their quality by performing A/B tests and Control group studies,Regularly and systematically shares experience with colleagues, mentors and trains young professionals, and participates in the development of training materials/knowledge base for the Department.Leading the transformational projects within Partner CRM/Campaign Team with global team members
